    2016 - 2016 LSAP solution survey (context and process) for the following aircraft types:

    - Airbus A320 Family
    - Airbus A330/A340 Family
    - Airbus A380 and A350
    - Boeing B737 Classic and NG
    - Boeing B777
    - Boeing B787

    This study is about establishing a good understanding of the LSAP concept, product and services landscape by providing a survey and analysis of the LSAP concept and associated products from:

    - The global architecture behind the concept of LSAP: on-board and on-ground
    - Part reception, management and distribution,
    - Configuration management,
    - Data loading,
    - Operational Process and procedures
    - The applicable standards for each steps of the LSAP process
    - The list of the actors on the LSAP context and description of the products and services: on-board and on-ground
  • Akka Technologies - Aircraft Operability and Design Maturity assessment – EIO31

    Paris 2016 - 2016 Contribution to operability vision by supporting Design Offices in the frame of incremental developments, Multi Program Projects (MPP) and R&T for SA/LR/A350/A380:

    - A/C Operability trade-off (OI rate, MTBF, MTBUR, NFF, DMC, IMC, IP, MMEL policy) to characterize the operability boundaries and the impacts of design or monitoring changes to have acceptable characteristics.

    - Design Maturity assessment (PTS, SRD, SoW, RFI, RFP, RFW) & Definition of operability requirements for dispatch reliability, availability, maturity, reparability, troubleshooting and maintenance cost objectives for successful operation in service.
  • Akka Technologies - Work Package Leader (System Designer) on @MOST Step0 (A350/A380) Remote Support project

    Paris 2011 - 2016 @MOST purpose is to enhance the overall aircraft maintenance processes for the A30X (Step0 is for A380/A350), and the key enabler for this progress is the interconnection of the platforms participating in aircraft maintenance and operations. Aircraft connectivity will allow anticipating maintenance operations by collecting and refining aircraft health information while the aircraft is in-flight or taxiing, enable to perform remote maintenance or maintenance collaboration, with for objectives to reduce as much as possible TAT duration, AOGs and reduce the number and cost of maintainers around the aircraft. On the other side ground connectivity between Airbus products and other actors’ IT platforms will allow the provision of enriched services related to aircraft exploitation critical aspects (operability rate of the aircraft and maintenance and exploitation costs).

    Step0 (A380/A350) Remote Support is intended to provide a remote expert in AirTAC (and potential other collaborative teams) with a remote cockpit lookalike view allowing:

    - to enable Efficient Engineering Support. by providing the remote expert with all necessary information to decide if a maintenance action is mandatory or not;

    - to ease A/C Dispatch Operations by remotely supporting a local maintainer (sharing the same A/C status);

    - to manage Fleet Maintenance Operations by optimizing A380/A350 maintenance anticipation (A/C is able to alert the remote expert about an issue on-board)
  • Safran Engineering Services - Team leader on behalf of Airbus on A380 eLogbook Design Office (EYMM2)

    Paris 2008 - 2011 eLogbook is a software application that supersedes the traditional paper logbook. It aims at allowing aircraft dispatch applying the local regulations. To achieve this objective, dedicated interfaces (Pilot profile, Maintenance profile, Cabin profile) allow the reporting of defects and associated maintenance actions. The operational data of the system are accessible through a board/ground interface (ACARS).

    Technical skills:
    - retrieval of airlines needs and functional specifications (SDD, FDD, DFS, DCR, SID);
    - V&V management:
    -- test objectives definition (STR/ITR/LTR/FTR/GTR);
    -- supplier follow-up (Impact/Acceptance/Delivery review/Critical Design/Architecture reviews);
    -- analysis/investigations (DMD, In-service events, workshop).
    - Operational Risk Assessment
    - Data Security Assessment
    - Airbus Milestones (GLF/CFI document packaging)

    Management skills:
    - Design office team leader (4 team mates)
    - Qualification/Planning/Reporting of activities requested by Airbus;
    - Responsible for Time (Planning)/Costs/Quality/Performance and dispatch of the activities to the team mates.
    - Off-shored resources management.
  • Celad L'ingenierie à visage humain - Aeronautical system designer

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    From January 2006 to Mid 2006:

    System designer on A380 Braking & Steering BITE on behalf of Messier-Bugatti

    Braking and steering BITE are systems collecting all breakdown data in order to automatically analyze them and to identify the root cause of a failure. The aim is to help maintainers to fix the problem quicker and without involving as much as possible some human analysis. In addition, the system is completely based on automatic correlation rules in order to avoid spurious root causes.
