    2003 - 2004 - Hired and led the Support Services Team. Managed Project Accounting and Billing. Co-ordinated billing cycle through a period of substantial growth in turnover.
    - Established internal systems, structures and processes to support a team of 35 consultants.
    - Led the set up of the Paris entity. Hired the new support team.
    - Managed external parties and suppliers relationships and contracts.
    - Selected venue and organised a corporate event at AIDS 2004 Conference in Thailand. Managed logistics, marketing, speakers etc. Attended by 55 participants.

    2000 - 2002 - Provided support to a team of 6 consultants and executives in Dublin office.
    - Organised complex international travel arrangements for executives and project managers.
    - Managed premises and office expenditures. Managed office supplies. Project managed relocation to new offices. Set up corporate offices and procedures in UK.
    - Co-ordinated meetings and events. Organised corporate event for 20 people in Barcelona in 2002. Organised Axios annual meeting in Tanzania in 2001.
    - Identified and introduced a time and billing system for the consultants. Introduced a new timesheet system. Managed invoicing and payment collection.
    - Project managed the development of corporate website. Project managed the development of a HIV drug donations website for a pharmaceutical client.
