  • Bloodwise - Lead developer

    2013 - 2016 Bloodwise is a Blood Cancer charity based in London. They have many web projects to support their business.

    Leading a team of 4 developers and numerous contractors on various projects (mainly Drupal/Symfony). My team has ownership of all digital deliveries (maintenance and innovation).
    We also look after the CRM built in CiviCRM (some of my collaborators are part of the core team).

    Required to provide process documentations and workflows, as well as manage my team and fulfill my duty as a developer (checkout our Joel’s test on Stackoverflow http://bit.ly/1CNMCWc).

    Main achievements: Complete redesign and overhaul of the aging main high traffic website built in Drupal 6/7, as well as the introduction of new functionalities. Main architect of the continuous integration system involving Jenkins, Phing, Jira and Github (and waffle.io). Stack also reporting issues thanks to statuspage.io, NewRelic and custom scripts.

  • Twogether - Developer

    2012 - 2013 Twogether is a creative agency with numerous web projects.

    Part of a team of 2 developers assisted by contractors (working remotely/on the project basis). Building & maintaining numerous websites (Wordpress) and mainly the main leading application (Symfony).

    Main achievements: Main architect of various scripts to ease the day to day workflow, and creation of a dashboard (using Geckoboard API) pulling into one place all the data/metrics of the company.

  • Prism DM - Software Engineer

    2012 - 2012 Prism-DM is a fully integrated fulfilment service.

    Part of a team of 10 developers working on various projects:

    Websites creation & modification (main project: pktmny.com / agentprovocateur.com)
    Software development using Zend 1/2 and Backbone.js
    Scripting (Perl / Bash)

    Main achievements: Lead developer of a headless back office application (build with Backbone JS and Zend).

  • Broadbean Technology - Developer Perl

    2011 - 2012 Broadbean Technology owners of the leading job application of the recruitment market: Adcourier.

    Hired as a Perl developer for the integration team.
    Working within a team while managing my own projects.
    Dedicated to the French market, providing technical support to various stakeholders in order to ensure that Broadbean's products are correctly integrated with the client's infrastructure.

    Main achievement: Creation of a set of scripts automating the workflow for the French market.

  • PMC Milliot - Developer & Strategist (Web & Network)

    2010 - 2011 PMC-Milliot is one of the french pioneer in building and selling scales.

    I trained other developers on the use and maintenance of the Prestashop system (previously created and deployed by an agency).

    I worked with various stakeholders and developed several modules, allowing the company’s intranet to communicate with all their online shops. The contract was completed through the creation of a new multi site E-commerce platform (Prestashop) fully integrated with the company's intranet/websites (CRM/Custom system/CMSmadesimple/Drupal/Wordpress).

  • Bjnet - Developer

    2007 - 2010 Bjnet was an online game factory (now out of business).

    I was part of a team of 4 developers, whilst simultaneously preparing my Master’s degree.

    During the first year, I worked mainly as a HTML/CSS integrator and a PHP developer. In the second year, my responsibilities included project management and further technologies (Actionscript/AJAX/JAVA). And during the final year, I was in charge of the creation and maintenance of a great number of websites on Wordpress and Drupal alongside my role in the company’s main website (Drupal 6): a high traffic website containing videos and flash games and a large amount of features such as commenting and rating videos & games.
