After a post graduate degree in International Purchasing at the MAI, I am currently working as Industrial buyer for Décathlon - Oxylane Group.
I am responsible for Novadry component purchases: 50 Meuros/year.

Basé au siège de la société Décathlon (5 milliards de CA) au sein de la Direction Industrielle et sous la direction du responsable achat NOVADRY, je construis une politique d achat sur ma famille de produits (enjeux/moyens/planning) et je pilote sa mise en oeuvre (50 Millions d'euros de CA achat).
Je propose et fais produire les produits en garantissant le meilleur rapport qualité/coûts/délais.
Je suis garant de mon panel mondial des fournisseurs. Je travaille en étroite relation avec les équipes de conception, d’approvisionnement et d’industrialisation, présentes sur le siège international et dans les filiales en France et à l'étranger.
2009 - 2010Contribution à la mise en place d'une équipe sourcing sur le site de Bucarest dimensionnée pour les enjeux à venir.
Management de la famille d'achat: Electrical & Electronic Components.
Négociation et travail avec les fournisseurs sur la réduction des coûts et sur l'amélioration de leur performance QCD.
Gestion des commandes pour les projets du site de Bucarest en étroite relation avec les départements qualité, logistique et industriel.
Organisation de retours d'expérience aux commodity managers.

- Managed the productivity process & coordinated the value added projects.
- Defined & Monitored suppliers procurement service at local level and analysed cost drivers to understand the supplier?s business model.
- Brought category expertise to other internal functions and give local needs to category buyers.
- Contributed to SRM and budget process and participated in quality suppliers audits.

- Contributed to innovation/ renovation as well as productivity projects in order to improve the brand competitivity (prioritization).
- Developed competitive intelligence by benchmarking vs competitors. Created a Toolkit.

- Increased the portfolio turnover thanks to the Coca-cola commercial policy (development of volumes, profitability and to consumer satisfaction).

- Defined needs in purchases with the project manager and editing of the specifications.
- Managed the RFQ and analyzed offers. Selected suppliers and managed suppliers’ relationship.
In charge of the purchasing of weak added value products
- Reduced the weak added value products supplier panel in order to optimize the sourcing strategy.
- Created planning boards, quotations and transversal risk analysis.
2005 - 2005Marketing Analysis of the audiovisual market to launch a new TV show: « Plus belle la vie »
- Created a marketing plan and a development strategy drag from market analysis (marketing tools, focus groups, quantitative & qualitative studies).
- Defined a communication strategy: target, objectives, messages and supports.
- Implemented performance indicators to follow the market share evolution.
