Missions :
J'assure sous la responsabilité du chef du Bureau du cabinet, un rôle de gestion des moyens et données informatiques pour le Cabinet du Maire, les cabinets des adjoints, la Direction de la communication et de l’événementiel, la Direction Générale.

Activités :
Gestion du parc informatique :
- suivi des demandes de création, modification et suppression des profils sur le serveur en interface avec la DSIT,
- gestion du matériel mis à disposition des agents et des logiciels, applications et licences propres à chaque poste de travail,
- assistance de premier niveau sur le fonctionnement des postes et des applications et petit dépannage,

Pilotage des moyens :
- tenue de l’inventaire du matériel mis à la disposition individuelle des agents,
- responsabilité du parc de matériel mutualisé (PC, vidéoprojecteur, etc …)
Gestion du budget d’achat de matériel : enveloppe bureautique en lien avec le chef du Bureau du Cabinet, enveloppe DGA en lien avec le Directeur de Cabinet,
- gestion des demandes nouvelles :analyse technique des besoins et propositions,
- suivi et expertise des projets de service impactant le matériel informatique,

Intendance des réunions ou événements :
- installation , gestion et pilotage du matériel lors du Conseil Municipal, des Conseils d’Adjoints, des réunions du cabinet ou de la DG, élections...,

" Technical help (method, product), as the focal area, to the exploitation or studies teams, as well as to the users, with the aim to improve treatment and information processing systems.
" Servers and computers installation, configuration and remote control: all environments (Windows NT4 Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, Win 95, Win 98, Win 2000, Win XP, Win Vista, Windows Mobile, Novell, Mac),
" Manage Active Directory.

" ADSL installations, computers and printings to the elected people homes.
" Majis 2: team leader for the migration of workstations, 3 technicians and a duration of one year project to migrate nearly 5,000 workstations, from Windows 2000 to Windows XP.
" OSI (Organization printing systems) Team Leader for the deployment of new printing equipment, 7 technicians and a project duration of 6 months for a deployment of 1000 material.

* Travelling technician Network in the Rhone-Alps area,
* Responsible to design and realize entire network for final customers,
* Service provider for French administrations: park management, maintenance, assistance, network administration ...

* Responsible for the data-processing park and network (installation of materials according to requests and needs), both for headquarters and sale agencies (100 computers).
