I work in the IT industry for over 10 years (Mainly for Retail, car manufacturer, railway system, defense). I am experienced in project management of rollout, functional analysis, and testing activities.
I usually work on site directly in touch with my customers.
As SW tests manager my aim is to allow the customer to achieve his project with a high level of satisfaction.
I am currently working on the building of a market place for one of the major in the world on its activity field by following the SCRUM methodology. My interlocutors are the business managers and end users. I lead feasibility studies, design the strategy for testing. 

I am also involved in the reviews of requirements, coordinate the testing activity between my offshore team and the development team, monitor the quality level of the SW development until the complete achievement.
