Damien Caldy

Damien has over 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining IMS Health, Damien was Customer Care Coordinator at Colorcon Ltd and as such managed a portfolio of various pharma clients in Belgium, Germany and Eastern Europe, including UCB, Pfizer, Teva, Bayer, etc.
At IMS Health, Damien was initially responsible for technical support of IMS’ services and applications with EMEA and Japan clients.
As Commercial Operations Business Analyst then Manager, he was also involved in various Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence projects, rolling out Executive Management dashboards across EMEA. He also has extensive experience in project management and implementing solutions centred around CRM, Sales Force Automation and processes.
Damien holds a Master in Business & Management obtained in France and Germany, as well as an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Greenwich. He speaks English, French and German.
