-Define the cost reduction opportunities by rationalizing or developing the logistic network, taking into account the specific business needs & geographical constraints
-Pilot the tender (RFQ) of new Cross-Dock & Multimodal projects (including the technical specifications definition)
-Follow up the tender & implement the solution
-Contribute to the IS Process improvement

-Provide analysis and make recommendations related to establishing an optimal Renault/Nissan Common European logistics in terms of quality, budget & timing
-Analyse & Identify structural improvement opportunities and synergies
-Define action plans to rationalise logistics means of both companies with a Total delivered Cost approach (Transport, Cross-Docks, Packaging, Parts Inventory)
-Follow-up on implementation planning & report monthly results to Executives
-Complete organisational benchmarking and identify best practices
-Propose alliance technical guidelines
-Define common standard processes and management rules
-Improve cost and physical performance management by defining common KPI

-Direct Management of 6 people + Functional management of the engineering team based in Romania
-Worldwide Policy and strategy for reusable packaging (road & overseas transport)
-Harmonisation and optimisation of the logistics process worldwide
-Development of synergies opportunities with Nissan & Renault Spare parts Logistics
-Support the Packaging Operational Team, based in Bucharest, during the know-how transmission
-Management of projects linked to the expansion of the operational geographical scope

-Define, follow-up and adjust the standard empty packaging transport plan
-Daily analysis of the suppliers stocks and window person for packaging issues
-Redefinition of the European policy and strategy for reusable packaging
-Training and Coaching of the new Packaging Operational Team, based in Bucharest.

-Overseas transportation operations management
-Management of Import/Export customs obligations & issues
-Consolidation of goods & Container’s loading optimization for Export containers
-Deconsolidation & Dispatching planning for Import containers

-Warehousing management including Storage, Inventory management, Cross-Docking, Re-Palletizing and Dispatching
-International transportations operations management: Development and implementation of transportation plans & research of country regulations
-Negotiation of transportation and logistics pricing with cross-docks, carriers, and 3rd party providers
