-Define action plans to rationalise logistics means of both companies with a Total delivered Cost approach (Transport, Cross-Docks, Packaging, Parts Inventory)
-Follow-up on implementation planning & report monthly results to Executives
-Complete organisational benchmarking and identify best practices
-Propose alliance technical guidelines
-Define common standard processes and management rules
-Improve cost and physical performance management by defining common KPI
2008 - 2009-Direct Management of 6 people + Functional management of the engineering team based in Romania
-Worldwide Policy and strategy for reusable packaging (road & overseas transport)
-Harmonisation and optimisation of the logistics process worldwide
-Development of synergies opportunities with Nissan & Renault Spare parts Logistics
-Support the Packaging Operational Team, based in Bucharest, during the know-how transmission
-Management of projects linked to the expansion of the operational geographical scope
