Responsible for managing and providing support to the line management on all matters relating to the conversion fleet (1 FPSO and 4 tankers) and provide active support for the current and future conversion projects.
Representation of SBM during deliveries, crew and technical management changes and handover to conversion team.
In charge of tanker market strategic watch for potential vessels candidates for future projects. Liaison with SBM Group departments to prepare refurbishment specifications and conversion proposals.
Responsible for the organization and coordination of SBM vessels (FPSO and tankers) trading and/or lay-up activities by creating procedures and implementing them onsite.
Representation of SBM during tankers deliveries, management changes and handover of the marine fleet vessels (oil tankers).
Support of the operating FPSOs on marine issues and class and flag requirements.
2007 - 2008Responsible for representation, assistance and adequate support organization to the in country Management for all operational issues relating to two Offshore Installations (FPSOs) based offshore Brazil and operated by SBM through a lease contract.
Responsible for the provision of required technical assistance from internal Monaco office based departments and also from relevant outside bodies such as manufactures, classification societies, etc.
Monaco day to day support on the operation of the FPSOs by liaising with the in country Operations management.
Onshore coverage at the Shore Base during Operations Manager planned absence.
2005 - 2006In charge of design review, hydrodynamics and thermal calculations and specifications writing of LNG carrier projects for client shipyards and ship owners.
Responsible for obtaining class approval in collaboration with other departments.
Participation in R&D studies such as very large LNG carriers, LNG FPSO and LNG FSRU.
