    2011 - 2016 Team and process management to ensure the planning, cost and quality of the new developments are respected.
    The launch of a new cosmetic flagship range of Yves Rocher "ELIXIR 7.9" was the major project : 24 months, 5 new packaging formats and 6 new formulas. Investment budget was 500k EUR and turnover was 66Mº EUR . 12 tons of plastic were saved thank to the eco-refill we developped.
    New products developement for international brands like NOCIBE, DOUGLAS, DECATHLON, was another part of the mission. Mains challenges were time to market (agility of the process) and low costs (competitivness of price).
