• In charge of the evaluation of the development potential and the action plan, I prepared the business plan after an audit of the company, its markets and products

• Deputy director of this department of 10p, I am in charge of projects related to internet and databases: Market studies, Business Plan, Specifications, project management
• I took in charge a project of on-line sales of files : specifications, project management (6 software developers, asp/php, SqlServer7) and final acceptance within 6 months.
• Within 2 months, I specify, develop and set up a system (intranet + database : php and SqlServer2000) used by 120 operators of the call center (outgoing calls: sales of flats). I train the operators and supervisors to use this tool, and succeed into getting the whole site from paper to computers.
• Development of a tool to help the salesmen to build a technical and financial proposal for the sales of files and routing

With 150k€, we hired 160 people and collected the data on the field about 40,000 small business and public offices, in 15 towns of France, set up an internet site where the data are searchable, launched a communication campaign, and validated the business model by signing some contracts with reference clients.

• Sent by MNC to Singapour, Hong-Kong, Damas, Rome… for some negotiations with clients.
• Set up of the company’s offer on the transportation market (technical offer, products, business plan). In charge of all offers for this market
• 10M€ of contracts signed following my proposals.
