    • Co-assessing and co-analyzing technology innovations trough P-of-C’s quantitative and qualitative measurements for new or modified digital e-services that could best support end-users’ needs; Developing business-stories and story-boards and to ensure a more effective performance.

    • Pre-initiate a “Groupe HERVÉ’s DevOps Project Management Process” program* implementation, allowing end users to effectively self-monitor onsite fields installations according to its regulations, co-improving: “Groupe HERVÉ’s Dematerialization Strategy Process” and “Autocontrôle’s UI/UX Groupe HERVÉ’s App Evolution”, through Design Thinking approaches.

    • Co-managing global daily activities and weekly update of 67 worldwide markets associated with pre-post launch, localization, addition of L’ORÉAL Paris products, co-monitoring, ensuring quality deliverables, co-planning and co-analysing their overall results, along with the SVP of Global Open Innovation & Digital Beauty Services of L’ORÉAL Paris.
    • Co-participating in high level meetings with strategic tech-external key stakeholders partnerships, in order to align L’ORÉAL’s Digital Transformation and Marketing Strategy: “The Digital Evolution of L’ORÉAL’s Love Brands”, to co-create “The Future of the Beauty Experience”, enhancing Open Innovation & Tec-Startups ecosystems.
