My main objective was to optimize the synergies and the profitability of Valeo Engine Cooling in NAFTA: my main achievements were the collection of raw material increase from Mexican customer (3M$ per year), the creation of NAFTA Business Plan promoting industrial transfers between the US and Mexico to balance the activity between High Cost country and Low Cost country and technologies. I highly participated to optimize the operating cash of the Division by obtaining from the new customers the payment of R&D Costs before start of production
2005 - 2007Located in Detroit, MI, in charge of the Finance dept (Controlling, Accounting, Cash and IS) for a total of 30 heads.
Major Success: Co Pilot a huge growth of +60% of sales over 3 years by securing the Payback of the investments and the initially committed profitability. I assisted my General Manager in Key business and profit, promote the action plans and Group directives to meet Budget. I continuously improved and maintained the Internal Control above the required standard with a strict respect of the Valeo Financial Rules. I closely managed with the Sales Director the recovery of the raw Material increase from 2005 (Metal Pass Through recovery by $6.0M per year for Aluminium and Copper). In the same time, I successfully piloted SAP – COMPASS project implementation and the Division obtained the best score at the follow up audit done by Valeo in NAFTA region. Valeo Group gave me the responsibility of 3 additional Valeo Entities which were in shutdown progress.

2002 - 2005Located in Jamestown, NY, this Valeo Division is dedicated to Truck business, with 120M$ per year and 450 people. In charge of the Finance dept (Controlling, Accounting, Cash and IS) for a total of 15 heads, I implemented the bentchmark previously learnt in France to support my General Manager, develop a profitable business with a continuous improvement of the ROA and Cash
2001 - 2002Located in Grand Prairie (TX), I was in charge of the Financials of the US heat Exchanger Product Line with 2 industrial sites (TX & IL) and a Tech Center including a Wind Tunnel with over 100M$ of yearly revenues. Managed a team of 12+ Finance /IT professionals
Co pilot of the General Manager to manage the closure of the 2 plants in the most optimized conditions ( costs, Pay back), the operation has been realized with a savings of 15% Vs the approved Budget.
