  • Consulate General of France - Boston - Deputy Scientific Attaché - Entrepreneurship and Innovation

    2010 - maintenant Managed and grew an international business accelerator program for french start-up called NETVA, helping theses companies penetrate US markets :
    - Supported 10 companies in 2 years in various sectors : IT, Biotech/medtech and Energy
    - Provide them with mentoring, connections, business development, marketing and strategy
    - Attracted 25 partners (law firms, universities, private equity firms, consulting, etc.) and 3 sponsors
    - Set up +130 meetings with potential partners, customers and investors
    - Led to 8 partnerships with top-notch universities and companies throughout the US

    • Provided more than 60 weekly analysis and special strategic reports on the last trends in innovation and entrepreneuship to key industry players and politics in France .
    • Ignited and engaged the development of a new communication strategy leveraging blogs, live events and social media tools that helped to significantly grow our outreach. Flagship event in 2012 : +180 people at Microsoft France.
    • Co-organized monthly events for the french-speaking scientific community. 20 events with average attending of 45p.
  • SFR - Deputy Innovative Product Manager

    2009 - 2010 I Co-Managed and launched innovative products to explore new growth opportunities in high tech markets, especially in Cleantech and Interactive Education

    • Created 2 thorough market studies : Analyzed market structure and customers insights (SWOTs, Personal Segmentation, Strategic Roadmap, Customers experience analysis)
    • Successfully benchmarked and identified 5 relevant partners for product developement.
    • Defined products or services positionning and technical requirements in collaboration with marketing and engineering teams. Customer's experience analysis..)
    • Developed the products in partnerships with start-ups, relevent partners and internal teams.

    Was in charge of a 250k€ nation-scale start-up competition in partnership with 4 major cities and 20 different partners :
    - I managed to attract more than 130 applications in 3 months.
    - I was in charge of a communication campaign involving 15 newspapers, hundreds of billboards, radio spots.
    - I managed 4 selections comittees, with 30 jurys total
    - The 4 companies selected are now implemented in 4 major French cities

    Established communication plans and co-created communication tools with advertising agencies to promote SFR innovative brand image (product demos, commercials, press releases, billboards, press articles, radio spots..)

    Conceived 15 different Product Demos for the annual promotion event of SFR, with 2000 attendants to see them.
  • CEA - Assistant Responsable Communication

    PARIS 2008 - 2008 • Participated in creation of a communication building to promote CEA’s skills. Created and organized the scientific content.

    • Succesfully created communication documents and technical reports on new Jules Horowitz Reactor project (+300M€) aimed at engineers and project leaders.
  • AGF - ASSISTANT CHEF DE PROJET MARKETING OPERATIONNEL ASSURANCE-VIE / banque

    Puteaux 2006 - 2007 • Co-lead two national marketing campaign for Banking products, with +100k budget
