- Assist customer on Architecture definition, IP selection, and sometimes IP modification for customer requirement
- Customer support, for hardware and software issue resolution and schematics review for focus customer
- Training every quarter with Lattice FAE
- Seminar organization
LUMINARY MICRO (before TI acquisition):
- Promotion of cortex M3 architecture
- Training with Luminary FAE in Austin, Texas
