  Ensure all germplasm acquisitions are properly documented and ensure all germplasm movements comply with company policy and with international regulations
  Responsible of the global coordination of the seedbank (India, Philippines, Singapore) ;
  Member of due diligence team and R&D expert sessions during M&A by Syngenta. ;
  Extensive travels (40%) abroad (South-East Asia, Kenya, India)
