J'occupe la fonction de TQE leader depuis maintenant 3 ans.
Titulaire du diplome d'Ingénieur Génie Industrielle (ITII) depuis Janvier 2013.
Ma mission / mes responsabilités dans mon activité :
• Ensure evaluation, characterisation and qualification of the device taking into account the measurement accuracy, time schedule, quality...
• Create and maintain reports (like PPS and PCS ) for each device, using adequate tools
• Ensure DFT, DFM and DFQ are introduced into design.
• Validate product test strategy in line with our technical roadmap and driven by FMEA process.
• Optimise the measurement tools for evaluation, characterisation and production in cooperation with the IC design and application team.
• Ensure the EOS/reliability tools availability.
• Support FMEA for risk assessment.
• Define an underpinned evaluation, characterisation and qualification plan driven by FMEA process
• Ensure that the milestones are conducted in line with the quality processes with proper usage of checklist.
• Ensure performances (quality, cost, CLIP, lots ON HOLD, yield…) of the devices maintained at the agreed level.
• Drive or propose actions for cost of non-quality and quality improvement.
• Define batch release criteria in line with IMO and ensure decision for batch release and manage waivers if needed.
• Support answer to customer complaints in terms of delay and quality.
• Support ppm meetings, visits to customer, ramp-up.
• Handle an industrial project until VQD5
• Define project planning and deliverables. Insure execution within the agreed targets.
• Lead the project team, tackle all issues (technical, mZterial or human) related to the project
• Insure reporting to management in relevant meetings
• Escalate all issues that cannot be solved within project team.
