Acquisitions:
- In charge of building the underwriting cash-flow model, drafting the investment report, supporting
financing, with an active participation to negotiations, due diligence and execution.
- Prepare detailed acquisition models including balance sheet, P&L and cash flow statement
- Work on corporate deals (acquisition and sale of SPVs)
- Creation and upgrade of an investment model

Financing:
- Finance support to transactions (negotiation and renegotiation of debt, tax optimisation, regular
contacts with bankers to source new financing)

Portfolio management:
- Performance analysis of portfolios
- Hold/sell analysis – follow up of business plans
