I started as an Industrialization Engineer (1990) after the installation of a new automated electronics chain (3 years), I changed for Software development in the domain of Real Time Operating System, then I swapped from Driver development to Software architecture and Software Integration for Automation products. After 8 years in pure developments tasks I began Project management with little team 7 engineers and quickly I did Project for 2.5G Telecom Stack Development with 70 engineers, during 5 years I did System Program Management with more than 250 engineers and complete 2.75G and 3.5G platforms responsabilities. I also supervized a Telecom Project Management Office in a 200 engineers department. I had the opportunity to set up a strategic parntership with a Tier One. I had to manage a global software development group (50 Engineers) to deliver tools for Cellular Reference Design from Chipset Validation to Manufacturing phases. And today I participate to the Wireless Innovation of Intel as a System Test Manager.
2008 - 2009Global Manager for Cellular Platform Tools

- Softwares for mobile phone chipset validation
- The associated BB & RF IC Validation Test Plan
- Software for platform tools which are used during mobile phone developement and also during industrialization phase,
- Test automation (Telecom & UI levels) to validate Smart Phones Reference Design.
Team located in Toulouse, Bucharest and Bangalore.
