  2011 - 2013 Treatment of the undesirable effects of cosmetics, medical devices, food complementaries for human :
  
  · Collect to estimate and to document the cases (consumers and healthcare professionals call back).
  · Follow the unwanted effects of the marketed products.
  · Record the cases and the set of the information in a database in the respect for the deadlines and for the procedures.
  . Ensure the electronic transmission of the cases the competent authorities (ANSM, DGCCRF).
  - Participate in the management of the signals detection and the crisis of products,
  - Manage in team the preparation of periodic reports and expert reports in english according to the French regulatory requests,
  - Participate in the preparation and in the progress of audits and inspections of cosmetovigilance, as well as in the elaboration and the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions.
  - Contribute to the management of the system quality of the cosmetovigilance and its indicators,
