    2005 - 2010 Accountable for the Safety of the On-board Information Systems at aircraft level: Validation and Verification of Onboard systems security of A380 and A340 program (systems including the sub-systems and equipment items with DAL-C & DAL-D)
    Identification and assessment of malevolent and malicious threats - Evaluation of the non-conformities in relation to standards and/or good practices of architecture, design and/or implementation.
    Projects: yearly budget 1.2 M€ - non-hierarchical steering of team: 5 to 7 persons.
    ◦ Drawing-up of the responses to requests for proposal in direct interface with the customer AIRBUS Central Entity
    ◦ Responsible for the projects structuring, (organic breakdown, work breakdown structure, WBS, planning and scheduling, drawing-up of the work-load plans and the budget) and for the projects steering on the technical, budgetary and calendar aspects (technical negotiation, risks, progress, action plans)

    Projects: 25 persons.months per calendar-year – Non-hierarchical steering of team: 2 persons.
    ◦ Accountable for engineering, hardware and software of the onboard control-command calculators and calculators structural health monitoring calculators from the initialization phase to manufacture
    ◦ Support to the definition of stakeholders needs, the required functionalities and the environmental constraints
    ◦ Definition of the technical solutions (specification of the architectures, of the functional and technical interfaces of the equipment items)
    ◦ Experimental validation of the chosen solutions
    ◦ Simulation, optimization of the adaptive and control algorithms for on-board software for active vibration and noise regulation systems by MATLAB/SIMULINK platform
    ◦ Steering and supervision of hardware and software developments of calculators by subcontracting in accordance with the processes and with the applicable aeronautics standards (DO160, DO178, DO254)

    ◦ Contribution to the drawing-up of the acoustic devices users needs, the functional and requirements specifications and contribution to the design of the architecture
    ◦ Simulation, optimization of the adaptive and control algorithms for on-board software for active vibration and noise regulation systems by MATLAB/SIMULINK platform ◦ Definition and analysis of the tests for validation of the strategies. dSPACE (RTI, ControlDesk)
    ◦ Assistance close to systems engineers by providing an expertise in automatic, signal processing, real time
