    Reporting to the SVP Regional Director, Europe Middle-East & Africa, in a matrix environment; responsible for achieving sales and profitability of five divisions/brands, also controlling the support functions (HR, Finance, Operations). Lead a team of 80 people (28 nationalities).

    Reporting to the Head of International; responsible for a distribution network of nine local distributors and the regional duty-free operators, supported by a Miami-based sales force and a Paris head office team. Team of five direct reports.

    1993 - 1996 In 1993, French pharmaceutical giant Sanofi merged its Beauté division with fashion and cosmetic company Yves Saint Laurent. Portfolio of fragrance and cosmetic brands included YSL, Van Cleef & Arpels, Oscar de la Renta, Roger & Gallet

    Reporting to the Duty-Free Director; responsible for promoting sales in duty-free channels and facilitating the merger of two teams. Team of four.
