  • Technip - Subsea Fabrication Engineer

    Paris 2013 - maintenant Working on Moho Nord UFR project.
    Scope of work includes : LBL Frames, Mudmats, Riser Protectors, I-Tubes, Spool and Jumpers.

    Main responsibilities:
    •Promote QHSE objectives
    •Manage onshore fabrication sub-contractor;
    •Review and monitor the fabrication schedule and physical progress of the work to ensure project milestones are met.
    •Review material and equipment certificates to ensure compliance with project specifications;
    •Review WPS, WPQR;
    •Attend and witness WPQ;
    •Review NDT records and relevant dimensional control reports;
    •Ensure fabrication conformity with drawings and project specifications;
    •Ensure delivery of all aspects of fabrication and procurement of the project to cost, schedule and quality criteria;
    •Report progress status to the fabrication manager;
    •Participate in project meetings, HAZIDs and other review meetings.
    •Monitor fabrication progress and inform any relevant project stakeholders
    •Coordinate any discipline reviews, troubleshooting, audits etc;
    •Participate in the identification of risks and eliminate or implement mitigation measures.

    Paris 2008 - maintenant In charge of planification and coordination between the client and the main contractors as well as sub-contractors.

    • Chateau de Versailles :
    ▫ Modernization of the heat and air-conditioning systems, and implementation of the fire safety in the Grand Appartements (project in basic engineering studies)
    ▫ Update of the fire safety and the access control systems (5M €)
    • Necker Hospital : Construction of the new medical and surgical center for children (65000 sq.m, 170M €)
    • Cochin Hospital : Construction of a laboratory building (17000 sq.m, 42M€).
    • Bicetre Hospital : Construction of a maternity ward (16760 sq.m, 48M €).
    • Head office of SAGEM-Communication : Renovation and fitting of the former Renault office premises (25000 sq.m, 17M €).
