• Support the recruiting function with the administration of employment processes in accordance with AMADEUS hiring guidelines and policies within a high-paced, changing work environment
• Inviting candidates for permanent positions, organize SHL online tests and schedule phone/Skype/on-site interviews following the recruitment process

• Providing assistance and answer functional questions to internal/external candidates
• Providing general administrative support to the team (coordinating and preparing reports, status, maintaining and updating datas and tables)
