After 6 months abroad working in a substantial project, I'm now looking for new opportunities with an International Dimension.
Missions:
- Manage the standard ERP (Navision) used in 5 of the group's subsidiaries (3 in Europe, 1 in Dubaï, 1 in Singapore)
- Implement and apply best practices in the subsidiaries
- Manage the functional supports based in Paris (1 internal + external consultants)
- Participate to services organization (sales, after-sales, purchasing)
- Manage the implementation of a Navision back-office linked with e-commerce web sites
Results:
- Standardisation of the processes between the subsidiaries (purchasing, sales, user rights)
- Services re-organisation to reduce headcounts and improve the processes
- Implementation of KPI to follow daily and monthly results
2008 - 2008Missions:
- Support as task force the implementation of a full SAP solution (SAP R/3, BW, Barcoding, EDI …) in a project of 1.5 M€ composed of 20 team members
- In charge of the modules MM & SD by managing 9 people (5 Valeo / 4 consultants)
Results:
- New solution implemented without any interruption to our customers' production lines
- Implementation of tools for barcoding (CIM+), reporting (BW), EDI/Web-EDI …
- No internal shortage (machining or assembly line) after go-live
2007 - 2009Missions:
- Implement best practices in all the plants (Visual Reorder, MPS …)
- Study and implementation of functional tools (Barcode, BW, EDI, …)
- Support all plants in any SAP issues they can have (all modules)
Results:
- Implementation of BW in Czech Republic,
- Deployment of tools to improve daily management meetings
- Improve the use of SAP (MPS, SIOP, …) to avoid mistakes or issues
2006 - 2007Missions:
- Manage supply chain team (3 people) and customer demand team (2 people) to implement SAP best practices
- Responsible for the decreasing of the inventory cost (MPS / Visual Re-order / …)
Results:
- Improvement of customer satisfaction
- Decrease of the inventory cost by 10%
2004 - 2006Missions:
- Administration of the BW module (technically and functionally)
- Administration of SAP users’ rights in application of the Financial Security Laws
Results:
- Successful implementation of BW with the use of indicators to measure its usage
- Deployment of BW, corresponding with project deadlines, to set up SAP (3 M€ - 18 project team members)
- Successful migration of data from the previous system (AS400) to SAP
2001 - 2003Missions:
- Responsible for the Branch Knowledge Management (Lotus Notes) for the Branch (VALEO Electronic - TO: 750 M€ - 3000 users)
- Implementation of the information systems for the branch headquarters (60 users)
Results:
- Managed, trained and supported the administrators as well as users on the operation of
knowledge management tools
- Implemented and managed a subcontracting help desk (procedures, indicators, SLA)
- Set up hardware and software infrastructures in accordance with Group standards
