Holding a Master 2 in International Business Law (graduated in 2004), I have 10 years of professional experience as a Contract Manager in major industrial groups.
At date, after one year abroad between October 2014 and October 2015 to carry out a personal project, I am looking for new job opportunities.
My skills cover the contractual relationship with all stakeholders (customers, partners, suppliers) and the following main activities:
-- Support project team members for the day to day follow-up and management of their contracts;
-- Changes management;
-- Claims management;
-- Preparation and negotiation of contracts with suppliers/subcontractors;
-- Identify contractual rights and obligations of all parties and establish relevant strategy for contract execution;
-- Identify and evaluate contractual risks and opportunities, propose measures/action plans to manage them;
-- Elaborate contract management procedures and support project team members in the elaboration of project procedures;
-- Develop and deploy contract management tools for project team members;
-- Spread the contractual policy and develop the contractual sensitivity and good practices within the project team (notably through the preparation and implementation of trainings).
