Objectives:
- Assure alignment between organizations-methods-tools-process and general legal/aeronautics specifics
- Follow milestones and technical requirements in development phase

• Activities & Achievements:
- Ensure updates of signatories delegation for Airbus and Suppliers relevant personals
- Keep engineering teams aware of latest updates of applied documentation
- Support engineering including Risk Sharing Partners reviews (planning, organization, preparation, deliverables status). Support Risk & Action management
- Lead V&V activities (Design & product requirements cascading, Validation, Verification, Proofs of compliance)
- Identify and resolve specific problems: Practical Problem Solving (PPS) & 8D
- Capitalization : Conduct lessons learnt and publish in RISE tool

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (CoE Wing/Pylon France)
Objectives:
Ensure alignment between activities and objectives, identify deviation and ensure continuous improvement and reduce cost of non quality
Deploy Lean and support engineering team to gain added value

• Activities & Achievements:
- Contribute to set up and communicate annual quality objectives
- Set up indicators to measure objectives
- Provide monthly dashboards, reporting to stakeholders
- Identify non-conformities and provide preliminary cause analysis
- Ensure root cause analysis is performed if relevant and follow up recovery actions
- Deploy LEAN methods and tools to support continuous improvement actions (SIPOC, SWIMLANE, VAFA, PPS, Visual management)

PROJECT MANAGER (8 Quality engineers)
Objectives: Manage Quality engineers activities as the single point of contact for customer
• Activities & Achievements:
- Manage customer needs & requests and coordinate team activities
- Manage deliverables validation & deliver in line quality requirements (weekly reviews)
- Prepare monthly reviews (project progress, risk assessment and follow up, action plan follow up, budget follow up, customer satisfaction)
