When i started the operation of ARM France back in 1998, I was in charge of sales over South Europe-Israel. Now, Director of E.M.E.A. & India Regional Sales and Business Development, I am managing a successful & winning team of 10+ people all over Europe, including Israel. We are focussing on developing the market and closing deals on processor IPs, Physical IPs, ESL solutions and development tools at local and multinational accounts. I am driven by the quarters, the definition of middle-long term winning sale strategy, leading to successful career development of my people and increasing the value & ROE of the company for the shareholders. This includes the working on acquisitions.

My background is engineering and sales (since 15 years+).
Previously I had been working for more than 10 years at Intel covering alternatively the embedded markets (Telecom, automotive, industrial) and the PC market, working on OEMs, MNC and distributors over Western Europe.
1986 - 1998Spend nearly 12 years at Intel in various positions including customer training engineer, component and system FAE, Distribution for France then South Europ pushing sales of components, Embedded system or mother boards, then moved to account management for key wireless accounts and then covering the #1 non PC account for Intel.
