    2012 - 2013 Management of an 400kV Overhead Line works in the UK ; Customer: National Grid.
    Member of the Joint Venture UK-FR done to work on the British Overhead Line market.

    Missions done:
    - Management of all trainings for all people involved in the JV, to be able to work for National Grid (100 people)
    - Organize & structure the JV on site.
    - Support for the business development in the UK.
    - Human resource management of 50 workers during 12 months, on site (North of LIVERPOOL).

    2009 - 2012 Project Management for HV Transmission Line and Substation, in Africa.

    - Overhead Line project management (in BURKINA FASO, GABON...)
    - Substation projects tenders and works.

  • VINCI Energies - OMEXOM - EEE - Project Manager

    2006 - 2009 - Management for VINCI Energies of OMEXOM & GRANIOU teams for the installation of Fiber Optic on the OHL RTE network (6M€ yearly during 3 years).
    - Development of specific process & work procedures for the Wrap Cable Fiber Optic installation.
    - Development of specific Quality procedures for the Fiber Optic global contract.

    Negociation and monitoring of OHL projects on the RTE-EDF network.

  • VINCI Energies - OMEXOM - EEE - Site Engineer

    2005 - 2006 Construction and refurbishment of one of the most important 400kV Overhead Line of the south west of France.

  • LA POSTE - FRANCE - Consultant

    2005 - 2005 Creation of a « project manual » to achieve a total restructuring of the French mail sorting.
