As General manager of Lemaitre Demeestere SAS, a weaving mill located in North France, I was the main actor of a successfull recovery .
Since 2009, I have been running and delivering a Stress Primary Prevention Program which objectives are to care work, in order to preserve the IBMers' health and effectiveness.
