As an Information architect, my job is to conciliate user needs with client objectives. I define the user experience expected. I design user path and the storyboards. I test options with users.
Now, as a Business Innovation consultant, I’m working with all expertises to elaborate a global vision of the project : what about the device ? cross media thinking ? Sometimes, a client brief is just an occasion to ask more questions.

I think my role is to give the keys success to my client so he can understand the overview of the project, beyond interface matters : impacts on SEO, on content production, on graphic design, on technical solutions, etc. Making choices has impacts and consequences that I have to highlight during the conception process so he can make the right decisions.

So my main concern is to adapt my deliverables to the client : be pedagogic, didactic, to go on conception process with a common vision of what we talk about, of what we are doing together.
