After 9 years as a management consultant during which I provided both strategic and operational advice to international clients in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Luxury sectors, I joined Borletti Group - a privately held retail focused investment vehicle - as a Partner in 2007.
Over the last 5 years, Borletti Group has led or co-invested in acquisitions for a total enterprise value of over €6 billion, including inter alia two leading department stores: La Rinascente in Italy and Printemps in France.
Within Borletti Group, my contribution focuses on assessing/challenging/refining business plans and identifying/implementing value-creation initiatives, working closely with both management and, where relevant, specialized advisors (pre and post-acquisition)
