Je suis Docteur Ingénieur Matériaux. J'ai acquis durant mes expériences professionnelles une expertise en nanomatériaux et microélectronique. J'ai une experience de quatre années en gestion de projets innovants. J'ai des compétences en contrôle de fabrication et du suivi de production,en mise au point de tests de caractérisation et de contrôle de fiabilité de produits. J'ai travaillé au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles en France et au Canada. Je recherche actuellement un poste d'ingénieur Matériaux en R&D dans l'industrie des hautes technologies (Nanotechnologie, Matériaux pour industries de pointe ...) en France.

  • CEA LETI - Ingénieur de recherche post-doctoral

    PARIS 2009 - maintenant I spent one year in CEA LETI Grenoble, in the Circuit and Film Transfer Labs (LTFC), as a post-doctoral engineer. I developed two microelectronic processes, to save data on bonding sapphire chips which can resist to extreme conditions.
    In practical my position was between:
    *a project engineer: project management with the clean room labs, a start-up and a finance company.
    *a research engineer: Samples analysis before and after processing by Microscopy (SEM, TEM, AFM), X-ray diffraction. I also developed a procedure to test the environmental and mechanical reliability of the sapphire chips.
    *a process engineer, « Filière »: I followed the processes in clean room: lithography, etching, and direct bonding.
  • Université de Montréal/ Université Montpellier II, LCVN - Docteur chimie-physique Matériaux

    2004 - 2008 I spent 4 years between Montréal and Montpellier, to study the structural and electronic properties of single-wall carbon nanotubes in polyelectrolyte solution.My selective achievements were:
    *The controlled doping of carbon nanotubes using redox titration and electrochemistry.
    *The estimation of nanotubes doping level using Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopies.
    *The demonstration of n-doped nanotubes exfoliation in solution using X-ray diffraction and Atomic Force Microscopy measurements.

    I worked in two labs, 9 months a year in Pr. R. Martel group at Montreal University in Canada and I spent 4 months a year in Nanotube group from Montpellier University, LCVN Labs with Pr. Eric Anglaret.

    Courbevoie 2004 - 2004 My operational assignment was to investigate the Rheological properties of Silicon Carbide, SiC, plugging slurries which are used for diesel particle filters application.
    My selected achievement was the drawing up of a reference protocol for a systematic characterisation of SiC slurries rheological properties: viscosity measurements, Yield stress analysis, Flow curve measurements.
    I also wrote of a bibliographic references report for rheological properties of ceramics slurries.
  • Queensland University of Technology - Ingénieur Matériaux, stagiaire

    2003 - 2003 My operational assignment was to study the bioactivity of grafted ePTFE membranes. I had to investigate the ability of the surface modified ePTFE membranes, with different degree of grafting, to induce growth of inorganic minerals.
    My achievement was first the grafting ePTFE membranes with ethylene glycol methacrylate phosphate (MOEP) through γ irradiation. I varied the grafting conditions to achieve different degree of grafting and surface morphologies. Then, I carried out in vitro tests with simulated body fluid. Calcium phosphate compounds grew onto the ePTFE surface and I characterised them with different techniques: XPS, FTIR-ATR, SEM etc... The results indicated that different CaP compounds were obtained.
