Main activities: industrialization and serial manufacturing of Aerostructure assemblies, activities mixed in our workshops and in dedicated area in the customer’s workshops.
Main characteristics: management of 10 different plants in France and Morocco (average size 150 people). Machining and forming of large dimension parts, machining of small parts and formed sections using high-speed machining, automated assembly and riveting.
Main events: management of strategic deployment after recent merger with new foundation: specialization and rationalization for each plant, new common MRP implementation, continuous improvement, business development and launch of an economic competitive plan.
Main skills: management of several plants, development of low cost strategy in Morocco and in Mexico (planned in 2009), new balance between business, sales, strategy, mergers and management team.

Main activities: industrialization, serial manufacturing of large dimension fuselage assemblies (shells), floor structure and door frame product lines, technical seats assembly.
Main characteristics: machining and forming of large dimension parts, machining of small parts and formed sections using high-speed machining, automated assembly and riveting, Total management of the supply chain
Main events: increase of the workload (+30%) between 2004 and 2005, launch of a continuous improvement policy with reduction of 50% of the non conformities and management of specific Kaizen workshops, transfer of production plant (Rochefort to Chengdu - China), management of a social plan.
Main skills: diversity management: international cooperation with China (CAC) and Russia (IRKUT), customer orientation with AIRBUS and DASSAULT.

4 Production Units - Les Mureaux (78) – Main activities: composites satellites structures, pyrotechnical and micromechanical activities for satellite fluidics market, mechanical activities, forming and assembly for Ariane 5 and M51 structures.
Main characteristics: equipment production including development, qualification and industrialization with high quality requirements. Machining on large mechanical components with high accuracy.
Main events: cost plan reduction on Ariane 5 (-35%), transfer of production area (Germany to France) for Ariane structure (global cost of transfer: 35 M€ with expected saving of 6 M€ per year), management of a social plan.
Main skills: goal orientation, positive attitude, communication, leadership approaches.
