Fabrice Jam

The company is located near Toulouse (F) and its main activities are wooden bungalows and shutters.

I was personnally responsible of the second activity, particularly in charged of sales and marketing (finding new outfits). Otherwise, I overseed purchaser or production departments. The staff was composed of 20 employees.

Achievements : increasing margin & turnover (turnover +4%) while the markets was decreasing.

Plant in area of Franche-Comté (F) composed of 3 departments (sales/marketing, production, R&D). 20 employees. The company manufactured, sold and supplied PVC windows (joinery).

It was a real job opportunity for me after an former experiment in retailing.
