Review and update the corporate standard contracts and associated procurement documents, according to the corporate rules, including the technical and HSE exhibits. Improve the International Supplier Data Base in qualifying, surveying, the new-coming International Suppliers. Involve finalizing the Frame Agreements / Negotiation process of the Legal Term and Condition with the strategic suppliers. Senior position in the Exploration Department, responsible for management of logging contracts, seismic acquisition services and up-stream services worldwide. Assure the measurement of the objectives, report the contractual and commercial KPI and contribute to the Quality review of Suppliers.
