As part of my gap year, my missions in Salomon as Product Line Manager Assistant Apparel Trail Running and Nordic Skiing are:
- To develop products: participation to the creation of new models during project group (in collaboration with the Design and Development teams)
- To analyze the market:
. Competitors analysis (new models, new technologies, new segmentation, positioning, pricing, strategy development ...)
. Competitive Intelligence
. Market studies
. Recommendation for the construction of lines to come and brand development of Amer Sports
- To organize focus groups: management of all or part of focus groups conducted with consumers and retailers about their needs, their opinions on new concepts ...
. Preparation of the focus proceed
. Creation of directive or semi-directive questionnaire
. Co-facilitation, analysis, and recommendations for action on the lines to come.
- To participate in the implementation of communication and marketing tools: briefs of communication tools for the communication department and monitoring of communication projects such as training support retailers, catalog ...
- Showroom and Trade Shows:
. Implementation and management of the showroom presentation to affiliates and customers
. Preparation of winter sports/ outdoor trade shows.
