  - Interface with Stryker Corporation and other Stryker divisions to standardize best practices

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2005 - 2010 Coordination of supplier improvement activities in Renault corporate team and in relationship with the worldwide Renault’s plants:
  - Definition of tools and methods to be used in the Renault’s factories for supplier quality follow-up (solving tools, audits / diagnostic, validation product-process). Training of people in the plants
  - Interface with Logistic, Sourcing and Design teams for definition of roles and responsibilities
  - Project management for development and implementation of an information system for managing non conformance with suppliers
  - Advice for plant supplier QA manager in following area: organization, team size, trainings and competences.
  - Development and implementation of a global metrics for all suppliers of Renaults
  - Involvement in decision committee for worst suppliers
