    PARIS 13 2014 - 2018 - skin physiopathology and lymphedema
    - valve morphogenesis
    - vascular remodeling in cardiovascular diseases

Key words: skin biology, skin pathology, adipokines, adipose tissue, inflammation, vascular and lymphatic vasculature, planar cell polarity

    Publications:
    - Dachsous1-Fat4 Signaling Controls Endothelial Cell Polarization During Lymphatic Valve Morphogenesis, Arterioscler Thromb Vasc Biol. 2017
    - Apelin modulates pathological remodeling of lymphatic endothelium after myocardial infarction, JCI Insight. 2017
-Nucleolin Promotes Heat Shock-Associated Translation of VEGF-D to Promote Tumor Lymphangiogenesis, Cancer Res. 2016
  • Cancer Research UK- LRI http://www.london-research-institute.org.uk/ - Post-doctoral fellow researcher

2008 - 2013 -develop my expertise on dermal vascular and lymphatic development
-Identify a novel actor CELSR1 linked to primary lymphedema

Key words: skin biology, valve development and pathology, lymphangiogenesis

    - Responsible of analysing novel transgenic mice models to perform a lineage tracing of lymphatic and blood endothelial cells during embryonic and postnatal lymphatic development.
    - Responsible of analysing conditional knock-out mice models to study lymphatic valve morphogenesis. I identified new molecular players of lymphatic valve development.
    - Contributed to the development of protein-protein interactions in collaboration with the department of Protein laboratory at CRUK
    - Strong publication record in high impact journal
    - Built and maintained collaborations to develop the project research
    - Full Supervision of research students and teaching via tutorial seminars
  • Cancer Research UK-LRI - Post-doctoral fellow researcher

2007 - 2008 Postdoctoral fellow in Vascular development laboratory, headed by Dr. Ralf Adams at Cancer Research UK in London working on vascular development. I gained
    - Experience managing mice database
    - Analysed various tissues from transgenics mice models
    - Established in vitro organotypic assay in 3D-matrix environment
  • IECB/INSERMU441 - PhD in cell biology

2002 - 2006 PhD in Cellular Signalling laboratory, headed by Dr. Elisabeth Genot at the IECB institute in Bordeaux.
I obtained my PhD in cellular and molecular biology in 2006.
    - Principal activity included protein assays analysis, development of primary culture of endothelial cells and confocal microscopy.
    - Supervision of Master student to study the function of p190rhoGAP
    - Teaching in paramedical section at Bordeaux University, 2005-2006.
