En résumé

Fort de plusieurs expériences à l'étranger, notament en Angleterre et en Espagne, je suis rentré en France fin 2010 pour occuper le poste de Partner Account Manager chez Microsoft Dynamics qui est la ligne de produit ERP et CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics commercialise en France 3 solutions de gestion: Dynamics CRM, Dynamics Nav et Dynamics Ax.

    2009 - 2010 Co-Project Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics Partner Academy. Afirma was in charge of developing 50 courses in the area of Leadership, Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales that are now available to the worldwide channel of Microsoft Dynamics Partners.
  • Afirma for Microsoft Dynamics - Account Manager

    2007 - 2009 Afirma developed a tailored made business methodology and a program designed for Microsoft Partners, especially those in Dynamics (ERP market). Being successful in Spain, Afirma together with Microsoft, expanded internationally through the Partner Development Centre (“franchisees”) their innovative initiative called afirmative. The initiative aims to provide MS Partners with business methodology trainings in the areas of Business Management, Marketing, Sales & Project Administration + 24 months executive coaching. The goal is to strengthen and develop Microsoft’ Partner distribution channel.

    My responsibilities consist of recruiting and selecting together with Microsoft those PDCs, organising the “Train The Trainers” sessions in which the franchisees receive the afirmative materials and knowledge and to support and follow them up afterwards. I am also working on the improvement and development of the methodology content.

    In July 2009, Microsoft announced at the Worldwide Partner Conference the purchase of afirmative which became the official training and coaching program for Partners.
  • Hewlett-Packard - Operations Specialist

    Les Ulis 2006 - 2007 “end to end” account management for HP biggest Partners (wholesalers) based in English and French speaking Africa - HEWLETT-PACKARD EUROPE.

    In an international environment, support these external Partners in the area of order fulfilment and post sales activities such as claims, and represent the interface to other worldwide internal departments of the company (Credit&Collection, Logistics, sales team, local office, suppliers, processing team in India). Use of many internal systems.

    Provide daily operational support to Partners, manage and coordinate order scheduling and prioritization with the supply chain organization; manage all kind of requests, especially from partners; provide training and information; proactive backlog monitoring and analysing of orders using different tools and reports; working of the improvement of all processes/backlog analysis/daily work/partner interface. Trainings provided to new employees.
