Après 12 années en tant qu'ingénieur sur des programmes d'avion d'affaires (Falcon 7X business) et militaires (NEURON), j'ai décidé de faire un Exécutive MBA à l'ESSEC pour développer d'autres compétences.
Actuellement, je suis auditeur interne pour le groupe Dassault Aviation, poste qui correspond tout à fait à ma double compétence. En effet un élément clé du succès est, selon moi, la possible de comprendre les caractéristiques des organisations opérationnelles tout en identifiant les interconnections entre elles grâce au MBA qui donne une vision panoramique.
Cela conduit aussi à se poser des questions sur la gouvernance d'entreprise qui est un sujet très important.
