  • Imerys - Product Manager

    2016 - maintenant In charge of a product port-folio for Imerys Refractory Minerals. Products manufactured in 4 differents plants & sold worldwide (180000 Tons in 2017).
    I lead the development of the product line according to the strategic targets & co-operate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, R&D & direct customers to maximize the sales and profitability.

    I am mainly working on 3 areas:

    1/ Operational: Customer claims, SKU Reduction, Product cost structure, Technical support to plant, Products specifications, etc.
    2/ Product: Lead several R&D projects (from idea generation, scaling-up, to product launched), Technical promotion & development, New product development, Participation to conferences, etc.
    3/ Sales: Training of sales team, Customers visits, Technical support, Work on new business development, etc.

  • Imerys - Research & Development Engineer

    2014 - 2016 Product development for Imerys Refractory Minerals Division, mainly for acidic refractory material.I work closely with academics & internal labs & plants [Bordeaux/Bretagne/Ukraine & UK]
    Conducting trials on potential new products and their applications at laboratory scale.
    Planning & coordination of trials on pilot-scale & upscaling to plant dimensions.
    Project manager for several New-product-development.

  • F-iniciativas - Consulting Engineer

    PUTEAUX 2012 - 2013 Assisting industrial companies in their innovation funding plans (set up research tax credit files)

  • Sintef - R&D Engineer

    Trondheim 2010 - 2012 Development of high temperature membranes for H2 production (SMR), CCS technology or as fuel cell electrolyte. Synthesis and caracterisation of powder. Evaluation of those membranes performances (gas permeation and conductivity measurements at high temperature and pressure under various atmosphere).
    Investigation of glass ceramic powder used for high temperature sealing. Fuel cell testing, dilatometry measurements.
    Working on several projects related to gas capture as: BIGCO2, BIGCCS (Research Council of Norway), DECARBIT (Europeen Project)...etc, involved in the writing of report/publication/presentation.

  • Philips - Development engineer trainee

    Suresnes 2009 - 2010 Development of an alternative burners material processing used in high-gas-discharge lamps. Characterization of burner optical properties. Working on the process steps: isostatic dry pressing, hot isostatic pressing, extrusion, injection molding, sintering cycle, polishing.

  • Terreal - Quality technician

    Suresnes 2008 - 2008 Setting up of quality control system in a tiles production lines. Writing auto-control, default and product sheets. Final product control on mechanical and gel resistance properties but also calcimetry control on raw material (clay and sand).
