• 09/06-08/08 Europe Segment Leader : coordinating a pan-European team of 15 ADS people to drive market penetration of top European industry leaders in a specific market.
Accomplishments : edited 5 complete sub-segment training packages; animated a pan-European monthly call to promote success stories and report needs to close new leads; coordinated action plans with product and technology management to follow-up on specific needs to grow the segment; created a dedicated intranet database with now enlarged global access; was awarded by GE Plastics’ management for organizing 2 major pan-European training sessions in 2007.
