Après une licence et un master de chimie des bio-molécules effectués à l'université de Montpellier II, j'ai décidé de faire une année d'alternance avec spécialisation en qualité, sécurité et environnement (QSE). Un contrat de professionnalisation à été signé entre Le CESI entreprises de Montpllier et TERREAL Terre Cuite.
Les enseignements ont lieu à Montpellier (une semaine par mois) et l'apprentissage du métier de technicien qualité se déroule à Labastide D'anjou (Castelnaudary).
