Je suis actuellement à la recherche de nouveaux défis dans le secteur de l'Oil and Gas. Je recherche essentiellement dans l'exploration production des postes de Field Engineer.

Florian Henry has worked for me as Wireline Field Engineer for the past 3 years in Diyarbakir, Turkey and Villahermosa, Mexico.

His responsibilities have included logging at the wellsite, open hole basic and advanced services, Cased Hole Perforating and pipe recovery systems. Complementary tasks included supervision of logging cell, maintenance planning, Job readiness, crew management.

Additional tasks successfully completed are HSE Team Leader and service Quality Committees, performing assigned duties satisfactory.

During his time he has had an amazing impact on the service delivery at the locations he has worked.

In Diyarbakir, Turkey Florian played a key role for the wireline organization, starting as Junior Field Engineer, and progressing by showing impressive skills development, and in shorter than expected time frame, Florian became a technically strong field Engineer, capable to perform high profile job successfully, meeting clients expectations.

Florian is highly respected by his co-worker for his willingness to help anyone anytime he can. He is very well organized, diligent in his paperwork and consistently meeting deadlines.

Florian has real leadership potential. I would highly recommend him for oil related position or engineering projects.

    The primary responsibility of Field Engineers is to deliver high quality services to the clients. I am responsible for ensuring that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete. I am directly responsible for the quality of service delivered at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation is up to standard. I am in charge of my operating cell and am responsible for the training and development of personnel assigned to my cell and for the maintenance status of my assigned equipment.

    • Evolution of the responsibilities
    - January to February 2011, based in Bucov, Romania: introduction with the working technology and environment as Junior Wireline Field engineer.
    - February to Jun 2011, based in Abu Dhabi, Emirates: training for the main services run as Wireline Field engineer, graduated from Open Hole PEPTEC-1. Certify to be in charge of radioactive operations.
    - Jun to August 2011, based in Bucov, Romania: conduct logging projects under supervision.
    - August 2011, based in Tekirdag, Turkey: lead logging projects under supervision.
    - September to January 2012, base in Diyarbakir, Turkey: in charge of a 5 high qualified operator team, a set of tools, one truck and basic open hole logging operations.
    - January to July 2012, based in Diyarbakir, Turkey: in charge of 11 high qualified operators, all sets of tools available at the base and all advanced logging operations. In charge of the client communication; before and after delivering the logging package. Responsible and certify for all balance explosive operations and leader of the Loss Prevention Team (LPT).
    - July to August 2012, based in Kellyville, USA: training for advanced technology, graduated from OH PEPTEC-2 and MDT courses. Certify for chemical cuttings.
