Responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance and management of all (WAN, LAN, Wireless and voice) networks throughout Europe for all Decorative Europe sites.
Responsible for the management of the suppliers of these services as well as management of new service and upgrades.
Management for back-up, recovery and problem resolution for all networks in CE.
Responsible to reports on networks reliability, availability, and performance to appropriate SLAs and OLAs agreed with the customers and suppliers.
Delivery of a Eropean comms & services roadmap
Migration from the x25 to full MPLS network across Europe
Setting up Cos (Class of Service) to optimize network bandwidtch and traffic
Installation of the NetQuos tools with the corporate team to measure traffic and improve reporting.
