To reinforce O’Neill Europe’s (450M€ turnover) position with overall re-structure and creation of a high class recognized European boardsports team.

European team recruitment, management, finances and operations.
Budgeting plans, concepts and budget follow-ups (1.6M € global team budget).
Negotiation of contracts and securing corporate sponsorship.
Global team follow-up and development in terms of media coverage comp results and brand targets.
Launch of the R&D program in collaboration with several pro-riders: brainstorming and briefs, overseeing product, sample testing and evaluation, analyzing and feedback to design unit.
Pre / on site and postproduction of photo shoots and video shoots with effective briefing to all participants.
Ensuring the riders beliefs in O’Neill and create a strong team spirit.
