After 5 years spent in Airbus Engineering on very challenging project (conception of the handling qualities of the biggest aircraft in the world = A380), I have decided to switch to Customer Services side. To discover another world, closer to daily reality, and to participate to a necessary change of culture in Airbus: from a purely technical culture to a more airline-oriented culture, that would take into account financial and operational aspects.
Globally I have acquired a double culture (engineering + customer support), that allows me to better take into account airline expectations to develop new products or to improve existing ones
