Configuration Management expert, I have shared my experiences between operational and functional tasks ; convinced that the Configuration Management is an essential operational support for trades, I am particularly invested in this interface mission and into the management of impacts

Previously Configuration Manager and focal point for Risks Management & Change Management for LATECOERE Central Pprogram Dept. I was TRS coordinatoor for A380 Nose Fus & SYS, I was also A400M DOORS data base administrator and Conf Learder on A400M program.

I am more precisely specialized in configuration management for AIRBUS, even though, I currently work for DASSAULT, BOMBARDIER & EMBRAER programs too.

- ICC/CADB / CM reporting / Primes SSI / Primes SV / PDMlink / MPM / DOORS / ACC2 / TAKSY / GILDA / Oreste.

My original training was as a metallurgist (lubricant base ceramics expert) specialized in the plastic deformation by forging.

    2008 - 2011 Since January 2009 :

    * Configuration Leader for MDEID (A400M program / Engineering data integrity) :

    - Management of configuration Items (Context/ CR / Study summary / TRS),

    - Management of items life-cycle (CR from Init to fully covered) ant TRS (creation, completion & signing loop + Insertion in MPM,

    - Creation, management and leadership of the local CCC ( Configuration Control Committee),

    - Configuration management support for OAD (Overall Aircraft Design) team.


    * A400M DOORS data base administrator :

    - Deputy of the A400M DOORS data base administrator

    - Update of the requirements module according to agreed SCNs between customer and AMSL

    - Operational tasks like : modules export or import, manage user accounts and rights, maintain user's guide, etc.

    - Support user for search, extract, data consolidation, etc.

    * Support for MDEID studies :

    - Support for product structure creation (data consolidation & creation of global overview + changes management),

    - Support to a study on the versatile A400M role : study accurately the option / Kits (creation of a sort of "C.A.T" from the contractual amendments).

    - Support to the Modifications classification workshop : study MODs classification stacking between C & M , to track operation impacts.
    => splits of problematic MODs : remove FINs, New MODs creation, SSPC management, ETC.
