• STMicroelectronics - Project Leader at STMicroelectronics

  2002 - 2004 IC development: Responsible of the technical development a digital mixed signal ASIC/SoC
  • Methodology improvement In order to reduce development planning I improved and promoted a new ASIC design methodology to our R&D department as well as to others R&D departments of the company.
  • Success story: I demonstrate the ability of the methodology through the development of an IC that was fully functional at its first version.

• ALCATEL - Design Support Engineer at Alcatel Microelectronics

  Paris 2001 - 2002 I worked in a support team offering GSM ASICs design services to a major customer. The service was including the achievement of the main foundry steps from validation through Layout till production ramp up:
  • Success story: I participate to the design of a GSM BaseBand Processor of the Alcatel 510 mobile. The product was launched and was a commercial success

• PHILIPS - Design Engineer at PHILIPS ITCL

  Suresnes 1999 - 2001 The ITCL CD/DVD VLSI group designed ICs for CD/DVD applications. At this position I participated to the development of a complex Reed Solomon error correction ASIC integrating latest optical discs standards. This task was including design but also architecture study and design specification.
  • Success story: I designed an error corrector processor inside the first PHILIPS DVD chip doing 32X read/write operation.
